Provision of Leadership Development Programme
Notice Description
The purpose of this tender is to secure a provider to design and deliver a tailored leadership development programme for our staff in leadership and management positions We expect all our leaders to demonstrate the following attributes: * Compassion * Emotional intelligence * Inclusiveness * Commitment We require a programme that will address the range of skills and behaviours our leaders are expected to model in a variety of settings. These were considered in the context of: * Our expectation that leaders work with their teams to consistently deliver excellent care and continuously seek improvement * The need to engage staff in their roles and in their contribution to the delivery of consistently high quality services * The need for leaders to always demonstrate our values * The importance of prioritising and adopting leadership skills that will have the greatest impact on staff engagement and involvement in our Quality Improvement Programme Additional information: This procurement process will be conducted entirely via self-service downloading of all documentation and submission in electronic format only (unless otherwise requested) through the Due North e-Tendering portal.
