Future Workforce Services This Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) is issued by Transport for London (TfL) in collaboration with the Greater London Authority (GLA), London Fire Brigade, London Legacy Development Corporation, London Transport Museum, Mayor's Office for Policing & Crime, Metropolitan Police Service and Old Park and Park Royal Development Corporation. The collaboration seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to the potential procurement of future workforce services which may include, contingent labour, market insights, permanent recruitment, talent pool, resource augmentation, recruit train & deploy and statement of works. Further information on the MSQ for the Future Workforce Services is available in section 5. The aim of this MSQ is to better understand the market interest and capability, and to gather market feedback regarding recruitment services. This is not a call for competition. It is being used as a medium for Transport for London to conduct market engagement, identify interested parties that have the potential to meet the requirements and better understand market capabilities.
