Notice Description

The scope of works includes but is not limited to the items summarised below, with further detail defined in the Works Information: Pre-Commencement Preparation of pre-commencement documentation to meet the requirements of planning conditions and securing discharge of associated pre-commencement planning conditions. Construction Building new bat house measuring circa 5m by 5m in plan. Demolition Disconnection of identified services. Clearance of pre-commencement planning conditions and submission of Section 80 notification. Removal and disposal of identified vegetation. Soft strip. Asbestos removal. Demolition of existing structures including precautionary method of work associated with bat habitats. Removal of hard landscaping and footings. Crushing arisings and removing crushed deposits from site. Breaking out and grubbing up all redundant services mains, pipes and chambers. Protection of retained services. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
