ENQ1290 - Heritage Impact Assessment - Emerging Local Plan Allocations
Notice Description
Derby City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake proportionate Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) of a selection of site allocations included in the emerging Local Plan. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) The contract is estimated to commence on 17th June 2026 and expire on 26th August 2026. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 16:00 on Tuesday 16th June 2026. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid. The deadline for returns is 17:00 on Tuesday 16th June 2026. Documents are available at www.eastmidstenders.org Please search for ENQ1290 or DN818596. Please note: we will only accept expressions of interest through the e-tendering system.
