Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate Instead of: 08 January 2021 Time: 12:00 Read New: 11 January 2021 Time: 10:00 Other additional information: Please note the change of tender submission deadline date. The new deadline is 11/01/2021. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP) is an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom. The role and responsibility of the NADP is to make its President and/ or one or more of its members (as set out in the NADP Procedural Rules in the link below) available to hear and determine charges brought against Athletes and/ or Athlete Support Personnel alleging violation of the UK Anti-Doping Rules , as well as any related applications and/ or appeals. https://ukad.org.uk/resources/document/uk-anti-doping-rules
