Notice Description

Locally based organisation ( based within a 20 mile radius of Hook) required by Hook Parish Council to manage the Parish council's owned land in accordance with a maintenance schedule for up to a 3 year period. This contract is one of two for the Grounds Maintenance work. The organisation must provide evidence of having prior experience of undertaking such work as grass cutting, hedge cutting and border maintenance on the side of the highway and have a proven track record of a high level of customer satisfaction. The organisation must demonstrate the ability to be responsive, flexible and results orientated. Please note that due to staff holidays, any enquiries made after the 23rd August may not be considered.
