GB-Shrewsbury: ROCB 012 - Maintenance of Building Management Systems
Notice Description
The contract shall comprise of carrying out of carrying out the planned annual inspection and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), together with ancillary equipment installed on Shropshire Council controlled premises, to ensure that they provide best performance and are maintained in a safe condition. This contract is for an initial 12 months with an option to extend for a further 3 years commencing on 1st May 2018. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
