Sandwell MBC - Requirement for a Consultant to undertake Local Consultation and Engagement to Develop a New Vision for Sandwell Sandwell Council is seeking support to undertake a focused exercise to consult residents on the content of a new vision for Sandwell, ensuring a representative response from across the six towns of the borough. In order to do so, the approach should include a variety of research/engagement methods to ensure responses are received from a cross section of the community. The task should include the carrying out of face to face and telephone interviews and online consultation as deemed necessary. The council will provide the content for the questionnaire which should not take longer than 10 minutes per interview. This exercise should take place over February and be completed by 10 March. A report should be produced capturing the results, disaggregated by town and demographic profile.
