Believe Housing is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of fire risk assessments. This programme will apply to blocks throughout our stock which fall under the scope of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order. This includes but is not limited to. o Housing Plus Units o General needs, low rise flat blocks o Offices o Community centres o Commercial premises Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : Yes
