Notice Description
This procurement exercise was led by KHT for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group. KHT conducted a call-off process under the Fusion 21 Empty Buildings framework for a contractor to provide void property refurbishment within the North West, predominantly Merseyside. The contract value is likely to be a maximum of PS2,000,000 per annum on a 2+1+1 basis subject to budget approval and performance of the contractor.
