Notice Description

Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a development agent to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 51 garage blocks which are impacted by a sprayed asbestos product. The successful contractor will provide a recommendation for each block for a future use, which will be supported by viability assessment which references local priorities and policies. The contractor will also be required to carry out a review of the existing health and safety processes within the service to ensure they remain fit for purpose. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
