Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday 7th October 2020 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS), on behalf of UK Research and Innovation, wishes to establish a Contract for Electrical Services Maintenance at the Science and Technology Facilities Council Estate in Warrington. UK SBS is managing this procure process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) (the "Regulations"). This is a services Contract being procured under the OJEU Open Procedure Regulations. The following assets are on site and a full asset register is included as Appendix 4. - Portable Appliance Testing - Fixed Wire Testing - UPS - Lightning Protection For each asset, there are three key components of the services: 1) Maintenance Service Delivery - Compliance Planned Preventative Maintenance (CPPM), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Remedial works and reactive works; 2) Asset Management Service - Verification and tagging of assets where data is missing; 3) Minor Works - projects related to the assets up to the value of PS50,000 where the Client will provide a specification The Contract duration shall be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year (3+1).
