Peterborough City Council's has a requirement for the provision of one to one support for vulnerable children, aged between 5 to 12 years being supported through Early Help who may have been impacted by: * Domestic abuse, * Parental Separation, * Experiencing a sudden trauma within the child's life where there is not an existing service available to support with these needs. Or * Are displaying sexual harmful behaviours
