HEE is seeking to develop and deploy a web-based virtual placement package to support the system widely in establishing and implementing virtual placements in local areas. HEE is particularly keen to invest in virtual placements that count towards practice hours as set out by professional regulators. It will welcome interest from individual organisations, partnerships and consortiums. What we are proposing The proposal is for the development of an online package that will support Universities and their practice partners to establish and deliver evidence-based virtual placements. Which will be deployed using HEE's existing eLfH platform The proposed package should be divided into a series of bite size sessions not exceeding 30 minutes each, with clear guidance and flexibility for completion. The sessions should consist of various elements including, *Theoretical knowledge underpinning the model *Resources and activities to extend knowledge through further directed or self-directed learning *Reflection and consolidation of knowledge through self-organised online forums using models such as Action Learning Sets and Communities of Practice *Assessment of understanding and knowledge acquisition *Evaluation of learning Further details and the tender documents can be download from the link below. https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
