The Authority requires a supply of reagents and consumable products for the Illumina MiSeq and Next Seq equipment contained within the CSU at APHA Weybridge on a project-by-project basis. 1.2 The Illumina equipment gives APHA the capability of targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing and targeted gene expression. 2 Requirement 2.1 The specified reagents and consumables required on a project by project basis,. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities. This is currently provided by Bravo Solutions.
