Modification Notice Original description: The Framework Agreement is divided into five separate Lots: Lot 1 - Supply of Solar Panels and associated equipment Lot 2 - Installation of Solar PV Systems and associated equipment Lot 3 - Supply and Installation of Solar PV Systems and associated equipment Lot 4 - Supply and Installation of Specialist Systems. Lot 5 - Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and other innovative funding Description of the modifications Modification required due to supplier withdrawal and to confirm values Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Lots 2,3&4: IZ Energy Services Ltd withdrew 09/09/2025. Lot 3: Solar Advanced Systems Ltd withdrew 21/05/2026. Lots 4&5: Centrica Business Solutions UK Ltd withdrew 27/10/2025. Lot 5: Calisen Group removed post-award due to not being able to meet the requirements of the Lot. Lot 5: Aegletes III Holdco Ltd awarded after clarification. Lot 4 value increased from PS20,000,000 to PS30,000,000. Lot 5 value confirmed at PS20,000,000. Total value rises from PS60,000,000 to PS89,000,000
