NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 January 2017 for the following reason: Extension of return deadlineCivil engineering works to pave the unmade visitor parking areas; construction of two tarmacadam spine roads and areas of reinforced concrete in the parking areas at Hylands Estate, Greenbury Way (A414), Chelmsford, CM2 8WQ Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 70% price and 30% experience. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
