Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate Instead of: 28 June 2024 Time: 12:00 Read New: 12 July 2024 Time: 12:00 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. North Weald Airfield (NWA) is an active, unlicensed aerodrome located approximately two Nautical Miles northeast of Epping in Essex. The Airfield is owned and managed by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC). The Airfield currently provides an Air Ground Communication Service (AGCS) from the existing Control Tower Building (CTB) which is situated to the east of the runway. Development plans for the land to the east of the runway means that there is a need to establish a new CTB to the west of the runway.
