Notice Description
Newport City Homes (NCH) requirement under this Contract is for the replacement roofline, external painting, chimney stack replacement and replacement outhouse roofs at Bettws, Newport. This contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
