Notice Description

The School of Civil Engineering at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for the Fibre Optic Interrogator, which allows rapid, full-spectrum data acquisition and flexible peak detect algorithms of optical Fibre Bragg Grating (FBG), Long Period Gratings (LPG), Fabry-Perot (FP) and Mach-Zehnder (MZ) sensors in static and dynamic monitoring applications where appropriate. The system will be used for both physical and chemical monitoring of characteristics of the measuring medium. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
