Wirral Council are looking to appoint a consultant to undertake a two stage scoping study for the Hoylake Golf Resort Infrastructure Improvements. The objectives of the study are to: * to undertake a gap analysis on the current available information and set out a methodology and costed programme for bridging any identified gaps to enable the completion of a Transport Strategic Outline Case; and * subject to budget constraints and following agreement with the Council, undertake the tasks to bridge the gaps and complete a Strategic Outline Case in line with WebTAG requirements, with recommendations of further work to enable progression of the scheme to Transport Outline Business Case status.
