New evidence is therefore required to support the development of the new Local Plan, to ensure that the Local Plan is robust and found sound at examination. This project involves 2 phases: 1 Assessment of Infrastructure and Environmental Constraints for the consideration of Spatial Growth Options; 2 An Infrastructure Delivery Plan for the Preferred Spatial Strategy.
