The works generally include the following: Refurbishment and alterations to shop frontage with renewal of lead flashing, new stall riser and replacement of entrance door. Refurbishment of external joinery doors and windows. Redecorations to external joinery. Stripping out the rear store to 14 LSW and formation of new disabled WC, upgrading of fire protection to stairwell serving first floor. Upgrading of M&E services including new heating and ventilation. Stripping out of ground floor WC welfare to 20 LSW to allow for creation of new ginnel to rear of annex and formation of new disabled WC. Upgrading of M&E services including new electrical wiring and ventilation.
