Notice Description

TfL, on behalf of the GLA, is commencing a procurement process to appoint a development partner for the GLAP site at the North Middlesex University Hospital. The North Middlesex University Hospital Site is a circa 1.77-hectare brownfield site, located on the North Middlesex University Hospital site in Upper Edmonton, within the London Borough of Enfield. GLAP is seeking a development partner with suitable capacity, experience, and resources to design and deliver a residential-led development that incorporates a 3,000m2 new office space to be leased back to the NHS Trust. Further details are as stated in the procurement documents. Additional information: To express an interest for this tender, interested bidders must contact the owner of the Notice to express their interest in the opportunity and complete Ariba registration, if required. Upon completion of registration and confirmation that the bidder has been invited to the Sourcing Event in Ariba, the interested bidder will have unrestricted and full access to the procurement documents, free of charge through their dashboard when they login to Ariba at https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw .
