Notice Description
Quotations are invited by Kirklees Council from suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity to deliver a two-phase solution for Dewsbury Market: Phase 1 - Markets assessment and high level commercial and technical feasibility options appraisal. Phase 2 - Develop and provide a business plan for the delivery of the preferred option, including detailed budget estimates and costs. Please note that the provision of Phase 2 of the services is conditional upon the outcome of Phase 1 of the services and budget being approved.
