Colchester and Ipswich Museum Service will be relocating their full complement of Museum Resource Centre staff from the current town centre location. Bids are invited for the construction of a single-storey extension and undertake the internal refurbishment of the building at the new location. Given the need to relocate staff it is important that the new extension is completed on schedule. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Access Code is 294HAZBQ3Y
