Lead Design Consultant, Architectural, Principal Designer, Structural and Civil Engineering & Mechanical and Electrical Services from approx. RIBA Stage 1 to Stage 7 inclusive. To generate a new heart to Barnstable Town centre and the high street by repurposing the listed Pannier Market, substantially refurbishing a listed building on Boutport Street including some new development, pedestrianizing Butcher's Row/ Cross Street to provide a direct route to the river and works to provide better shopper and visitor access to Queen Street/ Bear Street carpark.
