Notice Description

As part of the overarching accommodation strategy for the Authority. Premises Management Unit (PMU) have been tasked with securing a supplier to provide office relocation services. Service Requirements The Service requirements include but are not limited too; * To relocate office furniture / equipment and consumables as and when required * The provision of suitable removal crates * To provide staffing as required per removal * All potential suppliers will be required to attend an open day** where they will receive information on the relocation's plans, and be given the opportunity to ask questions. **Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, the open day will be kept under review and follow government and Liverpool City Council Guidelines. Bidders will be kept informed via the messaging section of Pro Contract. Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity. The documents will only be available on Procontract (available via the Due North site). Once you have registered you will need to go to the "my opportunities" section on the home page of Procontract and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission. To register your organisation on Procontract click on the following link https://procontract.due-north.com/register, go to suppliers' area and click on "register free". Closing date for submissions is 29/04/2020 10.00am
