Powis Square Gardens- Design Commission The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced designer to design and oversee improvements to Powis Square Gardens, London. The park is council owned and open every day between dawn and dusk. It is a multi-use space with a children's play area, small ball games area, areas of grass and seating and is also used by people walking their dogs. The designer will work with the council and local community.
