The tender includes the following works: - Retrieval of the two strings, dismantling and delivery of the 16, 10M long marine hoses off site for maintenance in accordance with OCIMF; The maintenance will include the following: - Visual inspection - Pressure and vacuum testing of each individual hose - Elongation inspection - Continuity testing Re assembly of the two hoses and installation; Location: Akrotiri Petroleum Supply Depot (PSD), CYPRUS The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: - Expression of Interest Issue Date: 23/12/24 - Expression of Interest Return: Date: 13/01/25 - Invitation to Tender: 20/01/25 - Tender Return Date: 03/03/25 - Contract award: 07/07/25 The currency of this project is Euro (EUR). The location of this project is Cyprus (British Forces, RAF Akrotiri). Additional information: ATTACHMENTS: 1. EOI (expression of interest) form 2. PQQ (pre-qualification questionnaire) form Both forms must be completed and returned by the interested tenderers Work commencement and completion dates will be subject to MOD DIO's agreement, as they will be dictated by the Fuel Operating Authority to avoid Operational Restrictions
