Notice Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England Central Midlands and Herts Valleys CCG, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver GP services at Meadowell Surgery, 87 Cassio Road, Watford, WD18 0QN. The initial contract period will be 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, then a further 1 year (maximum term of five years). The Anticipated financial envelope for Meadowell Surgery is a range between PS450,000 and PS550,000 per annum. Tender documentation is available at: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk The deadline to express an interest (access documents on Bravo) is 12:0 24th April 2017. The deadline for receipt of ITT submissions is 12:00 on 28th April 2017. Additional information: The services will be procured as per the Light Touch Regime detailed in Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (The Regulations), using the Open Procedure. NHS Arden and GEM CSU will only be bound by those parts of the Regulations that apply to contracts for Social and Other Specific Services in The Health & Social Care Act 2012; in particular the regulations made under Section 75 will also be taken into consideration. The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-Procurement Portal in this procurement exercise.
