The Council is looking to procure a solution to the required upgrade that delivers the best value for the lowest total cost. In order to achieve this, The Council is looking to three possible solutions: 1. Adapt our existing units to be able to use the digital network. 2. Replace our existing units with ones intended to be used on a digital network. 3. A combination of solutions 1 and 2. This will be for 43 units across 43 locations in the borough of West Lancashire before the end of 2024.
