NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 February 2022 for the following reason: BDC is needing to reconsider their options in regards to this project so we have closed the tenderbox(Braintree District Council (BDC) is looking to contract the advertising space required in local newspapers in order to fulfil our legal requirements for planning application/notice obligations and to inform the public of the Council's services and relevant up to date information.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
