Notice Description

The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 10am, 9th of April 2018. St Edmundsbury Borough Council on behalf of the West Suffolk Property Board is looking to commission consultants to undertake Public Assets Studies (PAS) for the towns of Clare and Newmarket and, alongside, initial business cases for combined public services hub(s) in both towns at some of the sites covered by the studies. A combined piece of consultancy for the PAS and hub business case is offered as a single lot for each town. There are two separate Lots in this procurement exercise; i.e. Lot 1: Newmarket; Lot 2: Clare . You can apply for one Lot of both Lots. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of http://www.suffolksourcing.uk/ portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 10am, 9th of April 2018. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted The deadline for clarification questions is 5pm, 23 March 2018; which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website
