Notice Information
Notice Title
Homes England - Help to Buy Mortgage Administration
Notice Description
Homes England intends to re-procure the Mortgage Administration service and anticipates the contract term commencing in June 2021. The Prior Information Notice ("PIN") is not a call to competition. The purpose of this PIN is to invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the Services and our requirements. This market testing exercise consists of a questionnaire and, at the discretion of Homes England, may also include one or more bidder days at which feedback may be provided on a face-to-face basis. The current Mortgage Administration service administers all Homes England equity loan products from the point of approval through to redemption. This includes older "legacy" products (First Time Buyers Initiative, London-Wide Initiative, Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme, HomeBuy Direct and FirstBuy) as well as the current Help to Buy scheme. Homes England have a small number of approved Agents who handle the process of approving applications for Home England's equity loan products up to and including the release of funds to allow completion of an approved home purchase. The Mortgage Administrator is then responsible for the management of these loans through the entire customer journey post-sale completion. This includes handling Borrower enquiries, making amendments as required, and finally ensuring successful redemption of loans. Further information can be accessed via Home England's e-Tendering system. Those wishing to download and return a questionnaire for this opportunity must register their expression of interest and submit their response through our e-Tendering system. If not already registered, interested parties should register at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login
