Notice Description

The scope of the Contract works is the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to a range of domestic water and sewage pumps and water hygiene monitoring regimes. Additionally, the following services will be required from time to time, subject to instructions. *Remedial works as part of the PPM regime. *ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments for new development schemes. *Completion of 2 yearly reviews of existing ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments. *Remedial works identified as part of water hygiene monitoring regimes or from ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments or reviews. *Staff training. *The pump PPM aspect of the contract shall also include a 24-hour responsive call-out facility.
