Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) wishes to invite you to submit a tender for the above framework opportunity on behalf of: * TVCA in partnership with North East of England Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC) and Collectively referred to as the buyers or individually as a buyer. Framework for Engineering Companies to Support Decarbonisation Cluster Plan works. The successful bidder(s) will be awarded a framework contract to provide services to the project. Individual tasks under the framework will be awarded either by: * mini-competition (where more than one of the framework contractors has the appropriate skills and availability); * or by direct award (where only one framework contractor is deemed by the project manager to have specific knowledge, appropriate skills, or availability to complete the work).
