Description: Hartlepool Borough Council (the Council) has been appointed as the Lead Authority by Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) for the Connect to Work Programme. As such, the Council is responsible for ensuring successful management and delivery of the programme across Tees Valley. Connect to Work will support disabled people, people with health conditions and those with complex barriers to get into or remain in work. It will be delivered up to 31st March 2030, and the primary focus is on those who are inactive and out of work, but it will also support some people who are at high risk of becoming inactive if they become unemployed. Unified Communications and Mobile Services - Revised

Description: This is a revised version of the tender ETCP-2026-0038. Following evaluation of the tender responses, it has become apparent that the original Teams Telephony specification requires significant revision to ensure that the proposed solution meets the College's operational and user requirements. The original specification identified 350 direct dial users and was primarily focused on users requiring dedicated telephony functionality. Further consideration during the evaluation process has identified a requirement to extend Teams telephony functionality to a wider user base, with approximately 700 users requiring access to telephony functionality. Due to this change and increased scope we felt the appropriate action was to terminate the previous tender and launch a revised version, this tender is the revised version.

Description: Cleveland Fire Brigade (CFB) are looking for a supplier (or suppliers) who are able to undertake accident damage repair, for a range of both HGV's and Light Vehicles. The extent of accident damage can not be clarified until each accident takes place, however, we would be looking for a supplier who is able to repair both bodywork and mechanical issues when required. CFB have a range of front line operational and non-operational vehicles. Due to the nature of our work, CFB are wanting to have our vehicles repaired to both a high standard and within the fastest time possible. Accelerated Affordable Housing on Council Owned Sites

The role taken by the Council to encourage the provision of new affordable housing in the borough, has not been sufficient to address the Boroughs housing needs, and this is particularly evident in the lack of new build 1 bed properties. A pipeline of 1 bedroom units is critical to support the successful move on of our care leavers, vulnerable adult and homeless households who are ready to move to living independently.
