CBC have appointed a consultancy firm for the provision of urban design guidance regarding preapplication advice and the consideration of reserved matters applications for Parcel 5 within Area 1 of the Houghton Regis North Site 1 (Linmere) development. Appendix 1 illustrates the Parcel's property plan.
