Progress Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to assist the inhouse team with the planned and reactive maintenance of flat roofs in the Lancashire area housing stock. Contract Value The previous annual expenditure of the Group is approximately PS100,000 per year in total based on the previous 12 months figures. This anticipated value of the contract is given in good faith as a guide to past purchasing and current planning to assist you in submitting your Tender. It should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods or services to any particular value and shall not form part of any resulting contract with Bidders (Contract). No guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of services that will be placed with successful Bidder participating in this procurement. It is anticipated that this Tender will result in savings on the annual expenditure over the lifetime of the Contract. Contract term The anticipated Contract duration is 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years (1+1) subject to performance.
