Assessment of potential barriers and routes for decentralised energy schemes in rural and urban fringe areas in the UK
Notice Description
BEIS have provided funding to TVCA to commission a report that reviews the barriers and routes to developing decentralised energy schemes in rural and urban fringe areas. This work will review current regulatory and financial environment in UK, consider the impact of Brexit on rural/urban fringe energy schemes, and demonstrate economic, supply chain and wider societal benefits of a range of rural/urban fringe energy ownership models. Instructions to Suppliers: Please be advised that Tees Valley Combined Authority are conducting this procurement via the NEPO Portal (Pro-Contract) www.nepoportal.org. You will need to register as a supplier on the site (registration is free) and search for Tees Valley Combined Authority/ Stockton Borough Council within the Contract Opportunities section. Once your expression of interest has been received, immediate access to the tender documentation is granted, (accessible via My Opportunities page) for the person who expressed the interest.
