The statement of service requirements serves as a direction to the Contractors for the facilities maintenance services at the British Embassy office building including the British Council, and its properties. The Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with international professional standards of skill, care and diligence adhered to by reputable, first class international firms and shall conform to generally accepted professional practices. Additional information: All Tender documentation will be published, and all substantive communication between the Authority and bidders will be conducted via the FCO's eProcurement Portal BRAVOSolution.
