1.1. The Employer requires a fixed price contract under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 for the Creation of and provision of an innovative, modern and welcoming interior design and layout of the new Banbury Library. 2. Context and background. 2.1. Banbury Library is currently located on Marlborough Street, Banbury. An opportunity has arisen to relocate the Library to a vacant retail unit in the Castle Quay Shopping Centre on Market Street, Banbury.
