Internal Communications Tool - RFP

Notice Description

The internal communications team has identified a need for a new tool to improve the quality and consistency of our internal emails, newsletters and online magazine, which are currently designed and delivered using a variety of different technologies not designed for internal communications use. We need communications to be consistent, engaging, accessible and on brand - and critically they must be measurable beyond open rates. It will need to complement our existing digital internal communication channels (SharePoint intranet and Office 365). The tool will be used by internal communications teams, approximately 20 users in several regions around the world, to communicate with approximately 12,000 employees in over 110 countries. Please note that this is not a requirement for intranet technology (we have a separate intranet based on SharePoint).
