Brief Description of Requirement: This contract is for the delivery of an extensive evaluation of the Flexibility Exchange Demonstration ("FleX") competition. The Flex competition was part of the broader BEIS PS505m Energy Innovation Programme. Taking into consideration the Department's priorities, this evaluation seeks to deliver against the following aims: Aim 1 - Assess the achievements of the FleX competition (impact evaluation) Aim 2 - Provide lessons on optimal competition design and delivery (process evaluation)
