***Modification of the Contract has been made in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (c) of The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015, which has brought the total Contract value to PS88,262.11 (excl VAT)*** ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*** UK Research and Innovation - Innovate UK had a requirement for the the supply of Software as a Service(SaaS) Telephony Solution to UKRI for 36 months and the provision of associated professional services. The Contract was awarded under the Single Sourcing Action (SSA) process in line with regulation 32 (2)(b)(ii) where competition is absent for technical reasons.
