They will need to suggest new ways to expand the website's current offer and integrate an attractive, user-friendly experience that encourages community engagement and offers useful features to residents, visitors and town centre businesses. The term of the contract will be for 3 years. Tender Evaluation will be 40% experience, 50% response and 10% compliance.
