Notice Description

Town Hall Annex is the 2nd phase of our Didsbury Centre development in East Ham. It is a residential development immediately adjacent to Phase 1 which is on target to complete in 2021. The works involve the full refurbishment of GF to 2nd floor of an existing 1930's structure, a 2-storey Metsec vertical extension, and full residential fitout. MYCO Contracts have been selected as the main contractor. The building is located at 352 Barking Rd, London E6 2RT and will deliver 40 apartments for Populo's BTR portfolio .As part of Our Plans to Deliver 1500 newbuild homes already in our Pipeline in the next 4 years as part of a mixture of Tenures, we require a Professional Consultancy firm to deliver Excellent Construction Supervision and Supporting Works for the duration of the Project.
