Summary of the contracting process

The Home Office is initiating a tender for a grant titled "Grant - Places of Worship - Physical Security," aimed at supplying and installing protective security measures in vulnerable places of worship across England and Wales. The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with a competitive grant competition set to launch on 29th April 2019. The deadline for final proposals is 14:00 hrs on 20th May 2019. Businesses that excel in timely delivery, partnership working, and demonstrating value for money are well-suited to compete. Given the requirement for compliance with evaluation criteria, as well as the focus on faith neutrality, organisations experienced in working within sensitive community environments will find this opportunity particularly advantageous for growth.
