Notice Description

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is intending to tender for its Grounds Maintenance Services in September, with the intention of having 3 year contract(s) in place by January 2020. We are alerting potential suppliers to this opportunity and at the same time inviting interested parties to attend a short (approx. 1 hr) engagement meeting, where we can explain more fully both our requirement and also the tender process, ahead of the tender being published. We have set aside 2 dates for the engagement meetings:- Monday 19th August 10.30am-11.30am Thursday 22nd August 3.30pm-4.30pm Both will be at the Trust's head office - Sentinel House, 4-6 Nuffield Rd., Poole, Dorset BH17 0RB As spaces may be limited please could you confirm your intention to attend (and on which day) by Monday 12th August please. The tender opportunity will be advertised in Contract Finder in due course.
